Goal Accomplished

As we train our coaches, our aim isn't just to improve their teaching ability. We want to develop them into strategic, effective, Godly leaders. One aspect we've focused heavily on this year is goal-setting. Week after week, our coaches were taught how to set goals and practical ways they can work together to achieve them.

Back in February, the coaches set a lofty goal for themselves. Their aim was for at least 85% of the students who started the program to finish. The stats just came in: 86% of the Leadership Summit students who started in February attended the entire term!

We are thrilled to see more students than ever successfully complete this term of Leadership Summit, because we know their lives are being impacted for eternity. It is also thrilling for our coaches to see the fruit of their focused hard work. They are already setting new goals and are eager to raise the bar even higher!

Real Connections

	LaunchPad Graduation Photos

LaunchPad graduations were bittersweet for our interns. While they were excited to see their students finish strong, they were sad to say goodbye for the winter break. (Don't forget, our seasons are opposite yours!)

Matt Peirce, one of our interns, said that he's really been able to see his students' lives change. He was excited to teach about the Great Commission because he felt his students comprehended the significance of Jesus' "farewell address". He knows his students are now equipped to tell
others about Christ.
