This last month we hosted the first Hand in Hand pastors' conference of the year! Over 65 pastors attended the two-day Living on Purpose seminar. We were blessed to have three guest speakers from Resurrection Life Church in St. Louis, Michigan. They shared powerful messages about purpose, passion, faith, and living by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Jodie Stehouwer, the main speaker, challenged the pastors and church leaders:
"People of South Africa, you're not dreaming big enough! God's Word says that if you ask, He will give you the nations!"
The Lord was clearly moving in people's hearts. They responded by lifting their hands and shouting praises to the Lord. One by one, cries could be heard rising from the pastors' hearts:
"Lord, we ask for the nations! We ask for South Africa! We will not be satisfied until all have heard!"

We hosted two mission teams this month! A group of 24 selfless servants came from Resurrection Life Church
Summit Church (Orlando, FL) sent a team of 27 people for a power-packed week of ministry. Many of the team members gave up their Spring Break to come serve in South Africa. In addition to relationship evangelism and children's club, the team also visited the hospital to encourage and pray for the patients and nurses. As the team shared God's love, many lives were touched and changed for eternity. |
We are so grateful for the 11 interns who have given their year to serve with us on the field as part of our Twenty4Seven internship program. They are a valuable part of our ministry team! Our interns teach LaunchPad classes, assist the coaches at Leadership Summit, and work behind the scenes to keep the ministry running smoothly and effectively.
